Reservations

When you request a booking we collect your name, phone number, date and time, number of guests, seating area, occasion and any note you add, only to confirm the booking and prepare your table.

Pickup orders

When you send a pickup order we collect your name, phone number, pickup time, the dishes you chose and your notes. You pay on pickup; we never ask for card details on this site.

My platter

The dishes you add to “My platter” are kept in your browser only (local storage) and reach us only if you send the order yourself.

Accounts and the message form

• Customer accounts: name, email address and password (stored encrypted).
• The message form: your name, email address and message.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for signing in and for protecting forms from spam. We use no tracking or advertising tools.

Retention and your rights

Booking and pickup requests are kept for twelve months and then deleted. You can ask for a copy of your data, or for its deletion, at any time from the contact page.
